What this site collects, why, and who sees it, in plain words.

- Your company sees its team’s score and how many people took part, never anyone’s activity or health information.
- We don’t sell your details or use them for advertising.
- No tracking or advertising cookies.
- Ask us to see, fix or delete your details anytime.
Who we are
Movra (AP Performance LLC, a Coeur d’Alene company) runs the North Idaho Health Cup. This page covers this website. Players’ activity lives in the Movra app, under the app’s own privacy policy.
What we collect
When your company enters: its name, department, town, industry and number of employees; the owner’s and captain’s names, emails and phone numbers; your cause; how you heard about the Cup and who referred you; whether you want to be listed; and when you accepted the rules.
When you pay: Stripe takes your card on its own page. We see the amount, whether it’s paid and Stripe’s reference numbers, never your card number.
When you send an inquiry or email us: your name, organization, email, your phone if you give it, and what you write.
When you visit: our host keeps standard server logs, like your IP address and browser, for a short time to keep the site running and secure.
We never collect health information here. Please don’t send it to us.
How we use it
To take your entry and payment, set your company up in the app, send your receipt, setup steps, the captain’s kit and the standings, and pay your cause.
To show your company’s name, town and cause on Who’s in, only if you chose to be listed.
To answer your questions, and to invite you to next year’s Cup.
Movra may also tell the owner about its year-round program for employers. Ask us to stop and we will.
If you name a captain, please let them know we’ll email them about the Cup.
Who sees it
The Cup team at Movra, behind a password.
The services that run the site, each only for its job: Vercel hosts the site, Google Cloud stores entries, Stripe takes payments, Amazon Web Services sends our emails, and Cloudflare forwards email sent to us. Some of them handle data outside Idaho, in the US and the EU.
We don’t sell or rent your details, or share them for advertising. Otherwise we share them only if the law requires it.
Your Cup page has a private link. Anyone who has it can see your entry, so please don’t forward it.
Your people
Players use the Movra app under its own privacy policy. This site never receives anyone’s activity or health information.
Your company sees its team’s score and how many people took part, never names, activity or health information. The public standings show company scores only, and a player is named only if they choose to be.
Cookies
When you arrive through a partner’s or company’s link, the site remembers that link’s code in a cookie for 60 days, so your entry credits whoever sent you. The Cup team’s admin page uses a sign-in cookie.
That’s all: no tracking, advertising or analytics cookies. Stripe’s payment page uses its own cookies, under Stripe’s privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Entry and payment records: as long as tax and accounting rules require. Contact details: while the Cup runs and to invite you back next year, unless you ask us to delete them. Server logs: a short time.
Your choices
Email hello@northidahohealthcup.com to see, correct or delete your details, to stop being listed on Who’s in, or to stop any email that isn’t about your entry. We reply within two business days and finish within 30 days.
We delete everything we can. Records the law says we must keep, like payments, we keep only as long as required.
Children
This site is for companies, and entries are made by adults. We don’t knowingly collect details from anyone under 18.
