Entry terms
Entry terms
What your company agrees to when it enters the 2027 Cup, in plain words.
The short version
- Entries are final.
- If you can’t play, your cause still gets its money, and the rest becomes a credit toward the 2028 Cup.
- If the Cup is cancelled, everyone gets a full refund.
- Charity money never comes back to Movra.
Who runs the Cup
The North Idaho Health Cup is run by AP Performance LLC, doing business as Movra, the Coeur d’Alene company that built the app that keeps score. “We” means Movra. “You” means the company that enters.
By entering, you agree to these terms and to the official rules.
What your entry covers
One company in the 2027 Cup, Jan 4 – Feb 28, 2027: the app for everyone who joins, your captain’s kit, and the standings every Monday.
A company with 500 or more employees enters by department or location, each at that team’s size.
Your entry covers the 2027 Cup only. Nothing renews, and we never charge you again without asking first.
Your price
Your price comes from the number of employees you give us, and it’s the one shown when you enter. It’s locked from that day.
Entries after Dec 18 add a $100 late fee. Entries close Jan 8.
If your real employee count puts you at a different price, we’ll refund or invoice the difference.
Paying
Pay by card when you enter, or ask for an invoice, due in 14 days. We set your company up in the app once your entry is paid.
Wellness spending is usually a deductible business expense, and paying by Dec 31 counts it in 2026. Confirm with your CPA. We don’t give tax advice.
Your cause
$100 of every Small entry, $250 of every Mid entry, and $500 of every Large entry goes to the nonprofit you pick.
We pay it to your cause after the finale and publish every total. Charity money never comes back to Movra.
If you suggest a nonprofit that isn’t on our list yet, we check that it fits and confirm it with you. If your cause can’t take part, you pick another.
If you can’t play
Entries are final. Your cause is counting on its money, and we start setting your company up as soon as you pay.
If you can’t play, email hello@northidahohealthcup.com from the address you entered with. Your cause still gets its money after the finale, and the rest of what you paid becomes a credit toward your 2028 entry.
If you asked for an invoice and haven’t paid it yet, you can cancel at no cost.
If we cancel the Cup, everyone gets a full refund, back the way they paid.
If plans change
If weather, an app outage or anything else outside our control gets in the way, we may move an event or a date, or adjust scoring the same way for everyone. We’ll tell you as soon as we know.
Your people
Joining is each person’s choice, and nothing about anyone’s job may depend on it. Please don’t require it, and don’t give individual cash, gift cards or prizes for taking part. The Cup’s prizes go to causes.
Players use the Movra app under its own terms and privacy policy. The official rules say who can play.
You see your team’s score and how many people took part, never anyone’s activity or health information.
Your name on the site
If you choose to be listed, your company’s name, town and cause appear on Who’s in and in Cup announcements, like the Founding Companies named at the November launch. To change your mind, email us.
Founding Companies get their logo on the site. We use any company’s logo only with its written OK.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we post the new version here with its date. A change never takes away a credit or refund you already qualify for.
